Mr. Mummert focuses his practice on the representation of healthcare providers in medical malpractice areas. Mr. Mummert is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Mummert is a member of the Indiana Bar Association.

Prior to joining Schultz & Pogue, LLP, Mr. Mummert practiced in the areas of plaintiff’s civil litigation, social security/disability law and criminal defense.
