While in law school, Mr. Kraft focused on gaining as much experience in litigation as possible, including interning for Indiana Student Legal Services and the Community Legal Clinic and participating in both moot court and mock trial programs. Since graduating law school, Mr. Kraft has worked in private practice litigating in a variety of areas, including a previous clerkship with Schultz & Pogue. Mr. Kraft rejoined Schultz & Pogue in 2016, where he focuses his practice on the defense of health care providers.
Prior to law school, Mr. Kraft received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Political Science and Japanese, studied abroad at Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan, and interned at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kraft was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2014 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 2017, and he is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
