Ms. Dempsey focuses her practice on the representation of healthcare providers in medical malpractice claims. She is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Dempsey received her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. She is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
