Schultz & Pogue seeks a litigation associate attorney to work with its medical malpractice defense team at the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
Key Responsibilities: Written Discovery, Records Review, Legal Research, Client Meetings, Brief and Motion Practice, Attendance at Depositions, Mediations, Panel Meetings and Hearings, and Trial Practice.
Candidate must be licensed in Indiana and have 3 or more years of experience in litigation. Strong research and writing skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with little direction are required.
This is a flexible on-site full-time position, approx. 40 hrs./week, Monday – Friday.
