Mr. Mullen’s practice is dedicated exclusively to medical malpractice. He represents health care providers in malpractice claims presented to a Medical/Dental Review Panel and, when necessary, through jury trial. Mr. Mullen also represents health care providers in licensing issues before the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and the Indiana Patient’s Compensation Fund in claims for excess damages. He is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.  

Mr. Mullen lives on the Northside of Indianapolis with his wife and two sons.
