PUBLICATIONS

Jon focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense. Since joining Schultz & Pogue, LLP, Jon has successfully defended individuals and businesses in auto, premises liability, and products liability lawsuits. Jon also defends individuals and businesses in construction defect matters and has experience practicing before the Court of Appeals. Jon is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Prior to joining the firm, Jon received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law where he was a member of the University of Dayton Law Review and served as a national competitor for the UDSL Moot Court program. Jon is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, serving as the chair of the Products Liability Section.
